Compare and contrast
In Manitou springs we have our own water plants. To treat our water. Water comes mainly from snow melt on pikes peak! (75%) Some of the surface water comes from the Mississippi watershed and goes through 6 quality tests per month to ensure water safety and purity. In Colorado Springs approximately 65% of water comes from snow melt. The other 35% of water comes from reservoir of Aspen, Leddville, and Breckenridge.

What is the Water Cycle??
Q. What is the Water Cycle?
A.The Water Cycle is the process by which runoff water goes into a large water area, turns into evaporation from plants, lakes and oceans. Then turns into condensation, then goes into precipitation and falls back into groundwater, into a runoff, and repetitively starts over.
(The process by which water moves through the environment.)
Q.Does the Water Cycle have a beginning or an end?
A. Not really. The water cycle happens because the process is repetitively done. So technically no!
Q.Staring with a puddle on a sunny day, Describe how water might move through the Water Cycle and eventually fall back and then star up again?
A. Starting with a puddle on a sunny day, the sun will probably suck up some of the water and turn it to evaporation, then move to condensation, precipitation. Then rain, hail, or snow turning "the little puddle on a sunny day" into a large puddle.

Four Questions (
- What, specifically about your topic, are you going to research?
- I'm going to research "what it means to be green" Which means what to do with your lights, recycling, and saving energy. etc...
- What conclusions did you come to? What do you recommend average citizens do to make a difference? Be specific. This is the main part of your assignment.
- I recommend people to turn off all there lights when done using, not keeping the water on when brushing your teeth, use less water, and paper. Its very easy to recycle/re-use. many people can get used paper somewhere else, other then buying more, and more and more! saving water is a very good reusable/ recycle method!
- What would happen if, worst-case scenario, nobody listened to your recommendations?
- If nobody listened to my recommendations i think the Earth would just stay the same or at least get worse because our recommendations are very important to the world's surroundings. The world itself would just get a lot dirtier and we would not save any energy!
- What would happen if, best-case scenario, everybody listened to your recommendations?
- If people listened to our recommendation are world would get a lot cleaner and we would save a whole lot of energy. Yay! energy =]]
